BIG is the first international festival of independent games in Latin America and wants game submissions from all platforms for a chance to win one of several awards, including a US$15,000 prize for best indie game.
There are no fees for submissions.
BIG kicks off on November 29, 2012 and runs until December 9, 2012.
CIAIC, a non-profit trade association founded in 2005, relies on partnerships to build on long standing tradition and to position Canada as the best place in the world to make video games, in line with two main objectives:
- To facilitate great networking with international VIPs including publishers, investors and studio heads; and
- To give Canadian game developers a chance to celebrate their great accomplishments.
